Returns Policy

We hope that you’ll be happy with any item you purchase from us, but if an item is faulty or damaged you have 30 days to return your item in exchange for a full refund. This means that – whether you’re based in the UK, EU, USA or anywhere else in the world – your item must be returned to us within 30 days after your order has been delivered or is available for collection

This only applies to items purchased at www.luckycatprinting.co.uk in our shop or as part of a pre-order campaign - it does not apply to bulk custom screen printing orders. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

Unfortunately we will only meet the cost of you returning an item to us if it is damaged or faulty.

HOW DO I SEND SOMETHING BACK TO YOU?

Please get in touch via email (luckycatprinters@gmail.com) to discuss returning an item. You will then be provided with the relevant address.

All items remain your responsibility until it arrives back with us, so it is strongly advised that you use a tracked service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

Upon receiving your item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. On occasion this money may take longer to clear in your account, in these instances it’s always best to check with your bank or building society for their processing times.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM? 

Pre-order items and campaigns. Unfortunately, as we print only the exact number of garments that are pre-ordered, we can not offer any exchanges on items. If you’re unsure about anything please get in touch

Stocked items. Items that are in stock (not a pre-order or part of a campaign) can be exchanged if you require a different size but please get in touch beforehand to make sure there is an alternative available. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ITEM ONCE I’VE PLACED MY ORDER?

Yes! But only if your order hasn’t been sent to print or the campaign hasn’t ended yet. Please email us straight away about any amendments to your order.

However, once the campaign has closed and been sent to print, it’s no longer possible to make any changes to your order. This is because the pre-order nature of campaigns means we only print exactly what is ordered, to order.

WHAT IF I’M RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM?

We’re so sorry if this has happened to you! When any of our items has to be returned because of a fault, we cover all postage costs wherever you are in the world, just get in touch via email and we’ll get this sorted. And as with any return please get in touch before sending anything back.

Unfortunately, because we only print the exact number of garments that are ordered for each campaign, we are unable to replace any faulty items.
